Today, our products are found through the world and range from high reliability machined parts for the commercial and military aerospace industries to the parts implanted in ordinary use. We have rich experience with different materials. Allstate is capable of close tolerance machining of steel, cast iron & alloys, aluminum & brass, and most ferrous or non-ferrous metals.

Allstate has the capability to meet the strict demands of the industries we serve. Our CNC precision machining capabilities include large & ultra precision-axis machining of OEM parts for aircraft, aerospace, medical, power generation, chemical, construction & textile machinery industries. Other capabilities include welding, sheet metal fabrication & turning. CNC machining services at: carbon steel up to 3/4 in., stainless steel/ hastelloy up to 5/8 in., aluminum up to 3/8 in. brass/titanium up to 1/4 in. We also have an array of support machinery to provide the level of quality and precision our customers have come to expect.

The state-of-the-art equipment of Allstate includes CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC turning centers, grinding, drilling, burnishing as well as numerous other types of production equipment.

In the past over 20 years, our focus on quality continues as we utilize a complete inspection department, which includes coordinate measuring and statistical process control, and rigid quality control systems. Our quality department will work with a customer's specific quality requirements to insure a reliable and consistent machined part. We strive to maintain the most productive atmosphere possible to insure quality and efficiency in every step of production.
